Cherie Marquez is a Creative Director + Digital Marketing Strategist and Entrepreneur with over 15+ years in the professional industry with a knack to tackle it all. She has a diverse creative and business background that includes, film, creative business and marketing and design and working domestically and internationally in various markets around the world.
Cherie has worked in different sectors from entertainment, media, retail, automotive, hospitality and with non-profits handling digital strategies, digital campaigns and experiential marketing. Her film/tv background includes creating and producing shows for CBS, ABC, MTV, NBC, The WB and HBO. Today, she enjoys telling stories through media and marketing and hopes to change the conversation to evoke good and encourage inclusion.
Currently, Cherie is an active member of the Women’s Media Center and a SheSource expert working to raise the visibility, viability and decision-making power of women and girls in media. She is the Founder and Creative Director of Take One Daily Media, a media company that focuses on telling stories that drive impact for positive transformation and inclusion. Cherie is also an Angel Investor in female-owned or focused businesses such as Darling Magazine and is an advisor to several start ups.
