Hi, I’m Jordan Ben a Quantum and Commercial Risk Consultant at Boultwood + Associates in the UAE. I’ve developed an interest in Quantum analysis through working with the financial side of construction projects. I enjoy examining costs, contracts, records, variations, and project events to understand what sits behind the figures. What I find most interesting is connecting the numbers with the circumstances that shaped them and seeing the wider commercial picture. Each matter brings something different to learn and helps me strengthen my analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and practical understanding.
